Position available for a full-time, benefits-eligible, maintenance professional who will serve as the primary maintenance person at Greensburg Central Catholic High School (GCC). Reporting to the Diocesan Director of Engineering and Facilities Management, the maintenance technician will work with both the supervisor and high school principal to ensure all maintenance needs; daily, emergency, and preventative; are met in a timely manner. The individual will be primarily assigned to GCC but may be required, as needed, to assist with maintenance needs at other diocesan facilities.
Qualified applicants must have at least two years of professional experience in performing routine maintenance work and have a demonstrated knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues. The individual must have good communication skills, verbal and written, be able to prioritize work needs and be able to work efficiently on an independent basis. A valid driver’s license is required.
