The Diocese of Greensburg seeks qualified applicants for the position of Office Specialist.
The selected candidate will serve as the receptionist for the Pastoral Center; work as the primary office support for the Offices of Clergy Formation, Permanent Diaconate, Priestly Vocations & Worship; and provide support for centralized purchasing.
Qualified applicants must have:
- a minimum of three years of diverse clerical experience
- strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- an ability to learn specialized software
- the ability to work independently and to multi-task
- an understanding of the Catholic faith
