Meeting Facilities
The Christ Our Shepherd Center offers a variety of meeting rooms of varying sizes and configurations for groups of up to 240. Coupled with our special, peaceful atmosphere and excellent food service, we are an ideal location for all types of meetings and conferences.
All meeting spaces have Internet access, projection equipment and television monitors with DVD/VHS players. Larger meeting rooms have built-in sound systems, and portable systems can be provided for any space. Easels and pads are also available at no extra charge. An array of refreshment services is available as well.
Parlor
Our most beautiful space, the Parlor offers elegant appointments for up to 18 individuals. The room includes a mahogany conference table, fine upholstered furnishings for casual conversation, rich chestnut paneling, and a gas log fireplace.
Armstrong Room
The modern Armstrong Room accommodates boardroom seating for 36 guests, classroom style capacity of 40, and theater-style capacity for 65 individuals. The room is 22 ft by 40 ft, handicap accessible, and is equipped with a podium, microphone, overhead video/computer projector, and Promethean Board.
Fayette Room
The Fayette Room provides a historic, colonial feel with chestnut paneling and a fireplace. It is furnished in board style for 24 guests, with room for extra seating. The room measures 22 ft x 34 ft, is handicap accessible, and is equipped with a podium, microphone, projector, and a screen.
Indiana Room
The Indiana Room is our second largest and can accommodate classroom-style seating for 80 guests, boardroom seating for 40, round tables for 48, or theater-style for 140. With a main space of 20 ft x 72 ft, the room is equipped with a podium, microphone, and an overhead video/computer projector, and restrooms located within the meeting space for added convenience.
Westmoreland Room
The Westmoreland Room is our largest, with a classroom-style capacity of 120, theater-style capacity of 150, boardroom capacity of 40, or roundtables for 190. It is 36 ft x 54 ft of fully open floor space and has partition walls that allow it to be subdivided into two smaller rooms. The room is handicap accessible, equipped with a podium, microphone, Promethean Board, an overhead video/computer projector, as well as direct access to an outdoor patio and level lawn area.
St. Joseph Chapel
The chapel is an inspiring worship space with a pew capacity of 322. Equipped with a large screen, it can double as conference space. Administrative offices, the Plaza Room, an ancillary dining room for up to 70 individuals, and the Armstrong Room are also located in this building space.
Recreational Spaces
There are a variety of recreation opportunities at the Christ Our Shepherd Center. There is a gymnasium facility located on the grounds with a new wood court, as well as an outdoor play field used for football camps and other activities. The spacious grounds and woodlands also offer ample opportunity for peaceful walks.
